This high quality terrine is made from duck breast meat from French Origin ducks. Products containing a high percentage of the main ingredients 15% green Asparagus 70% poultry meat including 52% duck meat. An optimized and traditional-style presentation allow for clean cuts of meat and tidy presentation. The size of meat pieces gives this product a rustic and authentic aspect.

Ingredients: Duck fat, duck breast 25 %, green asparagus 15 %, poultry liver, turkey meat, egg, marinade (spices and yeast extract, dextrose, dried vegetable, salt, breadcrumbs), 1/2 duck glaze (concentrated bones and meat stock), duck fat, salt, yeast extract, natural flavourings (including a corn by-product),maltodextrin (corn by-product), starch, gelifying agents: carrageenan and locust bean gum, water, shallot, preservative : sodium nitrite.

Preparation: Serving suggestions: 1-Serve sliced (2x25 g) on a plate with farmhouse or toasted-grain bread. Serve a vegetable assortment separately. 2- Or serve with a mixture of crisp new vegetable : carrots, peas, artichoke bottoms or half a purple "poivrade" artichoke, French beans, asparagus tips, diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes… 3-Prepare a mild dressing with white wine vinegar and hazelnut oil.
